Shipping Policy

Ship normally Within 24-72 Hours After Payment! As our store are handmade products some product NEED TO MADE AFTER YOU purchase, so need to wait 3-5days before shipping. hope you can understand
After placing your order, an email will be sent to you and your order will be processed (this includes, picking, checking, packing, and delivery). If applicable following processing a tracking number will be sent to you via email once our courier has updated the tracking code.You can check the shipping progress by email or order tracking on our website at any time.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 24 HOURS -72 HOURS
Transit time: normally 3~10Days

if some product out of stock, need to wait 3-10days before shipping.

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We cannot refund or replace stolen or unreceived packages confirmed in transit or delivered.

International duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout. The buyer is responsible for all domestic customs declarations. Our prices do not include any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your package's entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information if needed.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued when they are received back and will incur a shipping fee.

Return & Exchanged

Once orders are placed and in progress, we cannot cancel because each order is individualized, and supplies are allocated per order. Due to our jewelry's unique made-to-order nature.

At dailyjewelry Annie&Alin, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Standard Products:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of a standard product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

THE ITEM FROM ONLY ONE LEFT SECTION are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

THE ITEM FROM UP TO 60% SECTION are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges of standard products are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or damaged.

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the goods you own. Once you accept the return, please purchase new goods separately.

Custom-Made/personalized Products:

Products that are custom-made or personalized according to customer specifications are non-refundable once the order is placed.

We encourage customers to review and confirm all customizations before finalizing their order.

Defective or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return, or refund.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the specified return period.

Provide your order number, details of the item to be returned/exchanged, and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipping.

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of special offers or gift cards.

EU 14-day calm period

Notwithstanding the above provisions, if the goods are shipped to the EU, if  there is quaility problem then you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justified reasons. As mentioned above, your goods must be in the same state as the goods you received, not worn or used, labeled, and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and tell you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the original payment Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.  Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and issue refunds.

Sustainablity&Care

Care Guide:
  • Avoid exposing your jewelry to substances that aren’t PH-neutral, such as perfume, lotion, sunscreen, and hairspray.
  • Avoid wearing your jewelry in seawater and chlorinated water. Keep them as dry as possible and away from excessive humidity.
  • Remove your jewelry before swimming, exercising, bathing, and bedtime.
  • A good practice is that your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first to take off.  
Protection:
  • Avoid wearing it while doing activities that expose your jewelry to temperatures, scratches, knocks, and harsh chemicals.
  • Gently clean with a soft cloth after each wear to remove excess oil and makeup from your skin.
  •  Mild oxidation of gold-filled jewelry over time is an entirely natural phenomenon.
  •  Oxidation is not considered a tarnish or flaw; use a jewelry polish cloth to clean the gold-filled hardware as needed. 
Storage:
  •  Please store your jewelry in its protective pouch or jewelry box when not being worn to avoid tangling, scratching, and oxidation.
